Mechanical Engineering Department

The Mechanical Engineering Department came in to existence in the year 2006 which started out as the Production Engineering Department since inception of this institute. The Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Programme is a 3 years programme including 8 weeks internship in the fifth semester which gives industrial exposure to our students. The department comprises of a well-qualified, experienced and dedicated individual who are constantly striving to provide their best to impart the knowledge, skills, moral values and attitude to their students. The department has unique mix of faculties from all age groups adding strength to the department. The department has achieved great success in academics along with all round development of its students. Various activities are conducted by the department.

VISION
  • To develop competent mechanical engineering professionals with soundethical values.
MISSION
  • To impart technical knowledge and skills in the domain of mechanical engineering to students through effective teaching learning Processes.
  • To prepare students for successful employment, entrepreneurship and higher education.
  • To develop professionals with ethics, concern for environment and sustainability.
  • To enhance technical skills through industry – institute interaction.
