Electronics Engineering Department

This laboratory caters to practicals in subjects in core electronics such as Basic Electronics, Circuits and networks, Electronic circuits, etc. The students are familiarized with usage of electronic instruments such as digital multimeters, CROs, power supplies and signal generators.

In this laboratory, practical skills are imparted to students in advanced electronic subjects such as Power Electronics, Industrial Electronics, Electronic Instrumentation. The laboratory houses various kits and setups dealing with these subjects which helps students to hone their hardware skills.

This laboratory allows students to dabble in digital electronics circuits helping to gain a better understanding of the digital world. Practicals in subjects such as Digital Electronics are conducted in this laboratory with the help of suitable kits.

Students perform various practicals in Communication related subjects in this laboratory such as Communication Engineering, Digital communication, Satellite & optical fibres, data communication, etc. AM kits, FM kits, FM receiver kit, optical fibre kits available in this laboratory aid in enhancing the students’ understanding of various communication concepts and modulation techniques.

In this laboratory, students perform experiments in various subjects such as 8051 microcontrollers, Arduino, PLC, etc. 8051 programmers and developments boards, PLC kits are available along with latest computers which aid the students to develop and test their product prototypes and gain an understanding of product development using various technologies.

This laboratory is equipped with several computer systems. Practicals in software-related subjects such as C programming, VHDL, etc are conducted in this laboratory which caters to development of software skills in students.
