Opinion Poll Day

Opinion Poll Day or Asmitai Dis was observed on 16th January, 2026 in Agnel Polytechnic, Verna to commemorate the historic Opinion Poll held on 16th January. 1967.

Principal, Dr. Rickey T.P. Nunes, in an interactive session, enlightened the students about the importance of the Opinion poll and the role it played subsequently in the development of Goa as a separate state.

An online informative google quiz on the Opinion Poll Day was held to test the knowledge of the students.
